Hong Kong Registered · Serving Europe & the Americas

Corporate services, run like a trading house.

Nine service lines, one accountable partner, and a mobile management layer that keeps your trade on schedule.

Most cross-border projects do not fail on strategy. They fail on the boring middle — the certificate that expires, the container that misses its slot, the supplier who stops answering in week six. HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED was built to own that middle. From a Hong Kong registered office, we run the consulting, planning, trade, supply chain and agency work that keeps goods, documents and decisions moving across borders, and we put the day-to-day version of it in your pocket through our mobile management apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

What we do

Nine service lines. One point of contact.

The services below are not a menu of unrelated offerings. They are the working parts of a single operation, and you can engage one of them on its own or several of them together. Commercial information consulting feeds the management advisory work. Investment planning sets the targets that supply chain services are measured against. Trade and distribution turn those plans into shipments. Exhibitions and technical consulting put the finished proposition in front of buyers. One team holds the whole chain, so nobody is left holding your problem between two departments.

How we work

Four steps, applied to every engagement

Four steps, applied to every engagement regardless of size. We start by finding out what is actually broken rather than what the brief says is broken. We design a route that fits your organisation, not an idealised one. We deliver in stages you can inspect, and we keep the last step open — because the thing that kills cross-border programmes is usually the risk nobody re-checked in month three.

  1. 01

    Discover

We interview the people doing the work, read the contracts, and look at the shipment history. The output is a plain statement of what is going wrong.

  2. 02

    Design

We build the route: scope, sequence, counterparties, documents, milestones, and who is accountable for each one.

  3. 03

    Deliver

We execute in visible stages, with written reporting at each hand-off, so nothing important happens in a meeting nobody minuted.

  4. 04

    De-risk

We re-check the plan against reality — new tariffs, expired certificates, supplier drift — and adjust before it becomes your problem.

Get the App

The same services, sized for a phone.

Every service line we deliver also exists as a mobile management module, published on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The web site is where you read, compare and decide. The app is where you actually work: track an order, update a project plan, review a supply chain checkpoint, and keep the paperwork moving without opening a laptop at midnight in a different time zone.

It is the same team behind both — the app is not a separate product line, it is the execution layer of the services on this page. Free tiers are supported by advertising, and we are upfront about that: which partners run ads, which formats you will see, and how to switch them off are all written out in our Privacy Policy.

One account. English support. Works on iOS and Android. The store listings are being finalised — email support@hkrongxinda.com and we will send you the store links for your region.

Who we work with

Built for the markets you sell into

We work with importers, distributors, manufacturers, retail chains, exhibitors and advisory firms based in Europe and the Americas. What they share is a need for reliable execution across jurisdictions they do not operate in, and a working dislike of documents that are filed and never seen again. Our Hong Kong base gives us a practical vantage point on Asian sourcing and shipping lanes; our clients give us the reason to keep standards high.

✦ Our habits

What working with us feels like

Three habits that make up most of what clients tell us they value. We answer with a position, not a holding line. We own the whole chain rather than the slice we were hired for. And we treat your time as a cost we are paying, not a resource we are entitled to. Our Corporate Culture page sets out the values behind these habits, and the team who holds them.

Latest from HK FURENTA

What we shipped, what we signed, what we learned

We publish operational and product news rather than announcements, and we would rather show the unglamorous middle of the business — the lanes, the documents and the releases — than a list of adjectives.

New import lane coverage for electronics and building materials categories

We have added scheduled import routing for electronics and building materials between Asian suppliers and European distribution centres, with customs routing and documentation handled end to end. Clients can now request a lane quote through the contact form with category, weight and target delivery window specified.

Supply chain checkpoint reporting moves into the mobile management apps

Supply chain status, pending actions and checkpoint outcomes are now visible directly inside our mobile management apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The change removes a round of screenshot exchanges between clients and our operations team and gives both sides the same record.

Exhibition planning service expands stand fabrication and on-site staffing coordination

Our exhibition planning service now covers the full pre-show sequence — stand design and build, freight and customs for display material, staffing rosters, and on-site delivery — as a single engagement rather than separate vendor arrangements. The aim is that the booth is standing before the doors open and struck before the hall clears.

Questions

Things people ask before the first call

We are registered in Hong Kong and work primarily with companies in Europe and the Americas. Most of our engagements involve Asian sourcing or shipping lanes, so in practice you will find us active across the EU, the UK, North America and major Asia-Pacific trade routes. We are not restricted to particular jurisdictions — we are restricted to work we can deliver properly.

Yes. The majority of our clients are overseas businesses without a local entity. We act as the Hong Kong-side counterparty and project owner, handling counterparties, documentation and on-the-ground coordination so your team does not have to open a company to get started.

No, and we are careful about that distinction. The apps are the mobile execution layer for the services we already deliver — order tracking, project plan updates, supply chain checkpoints. The advisory judgement, the negotiation and the accountability stay with the team you engage. The apps simply make that work faster on the ground.

Send us a short description through the contact page. We will reply with a view on scope and the information we need, then a proposed route. Most engagements begin with a short diagnostic rather than a long contract.

Advisory work is usually scoped as a fixed-fee project; operational work runs as a monthly retainer or a managed service. We quote after the diagnostic, because quoting before understanding the situation is how both sides waste time. Tell us the constraint you are working against and we will be direct about whether we can help.
